This package is for Illinois Residents as I am licensed in IL as a LDN, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and CNS, Certified Nutrition Specialist and can do specific nutrition counseling with you. After a Discovery Call, If we decide Nutritional & Wellness Coaching is right for you, then you can schedule all 5 sessions.
This package includes a pre and post deep, dive assessment, recent lab reviews, researched protocols. lifestyle recommendations, possible additional Lab suggestions (cost not included) and specific diet recommendations based your medical history and diagnosis by a physician.
During our sessions you will be invited to share with me what you or your doctor would like to work on. Together we will co-create a plan using SMART goals. This is client centered, self-paced and confidential.
Lasting change takes time, and a package provides you the best opportunity to increase your knowledge and begin to practice new habits to improve your health.
We will meet remotely via Zoom. **This package includes 5, 30 minute sessions for $500.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A client can cancel this LNWC package 48 hrs. before the 1st session to get a 100% refund. If cancelling less than 48 hrs., you forfeit the cost of that session and will receive a pro-rated refund on any other sessions that have not been used. There is a $25 cancelation Fee.
